At Grand Park Sports and Entertainment, we respect and are committed to protecting your privacy.  We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site.  We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP Address, Cookie information and the page(s) you visited.  We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone for any reason.

Grand Park Sports and Entertainment Security Policy:

At Grand Park Sports and Entertainment, your payment and personal information is always safe.  Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including Credit Card Number, Name, and Address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Grand Park Sports and Entertainment Liability/Medical Treatment:

Grand Park Sports and Entertainment shall not be held liable for any injury whatsoever in association with these events. I also certify that I know of no physical problems or conditions of anyone on my team which would impair participation. In the event of injury I authorize the coach or his representative to secure first aid and/or the services of any legally qualified physician or hospital and agree to assume all financial obligations connected therewith.

Grand Park Sports and Entertainment Cancellation Credit Policy:

We understand that plans can change. To support our participants while maintaining fairness, Grand Park Sports and Entertainment offers the following credit policy for league registration cancellations:

1.      Cancellations 30 Days or More Before League Start Date

a.      You will receive 100% credit of your entry fee.

b.     This credit can be applied to any future event organized by Grand Park Sports and Entertainment.

2.      Cancellations Between 14 and 29 Days Before League Start Date

a.      You will receive a 50% credit of your entry fee.

b.     This credit can be applied to any future event organized by Grand Park Sports and Entertainment.

3.      Cancellations Less Than 14 Days Before League Start Date

a.      No credit will be issued.

Note:

·         All credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

·         Credits must be used within 12 months of the original league start date unless otherwise approved by Grand Park Sports and Entertainment.

Teams that pull out after an event is sold out will not receive any refund or credit. Teams that pull out within 90 days of an event will not receive any refund or credit. Teams that pull out prior to the 90 days of an event will receive a refund minus their deposit.
